The Diva Cup comes in two sizes both approximately 2.25" (~5.7cm) in length in the body of the cup with another 3/8" (~1cm) stem.  The stem may be trimmed to adjust for comfort.  Please follow the sizing guidelines below.  As we age, our hips naturally widen and the vaginal muscles lose elasticity.  As it is the vaginal muscles that hold the Diva Cup in place, it is important to use the correct Model even if you have not had childbirth.

Model 1 is for women under 30 years old who have nevered delivered vaginally or by c-section.  This cup is 1 11/16" (~4.3cm) in diameter

Model 2 is for women over 30 years old and/or for women who have delivered vaginally or by c-section.  This cup is 1 13/16" (~4.6cm) in diameter.
